Easy Ways to Find Time to Exercise

Yes.. even for YOU!

  1. Set yourself a goal that you believe in
  2. Make a decision to include exercise in your life
  3. Exercise at weekends
  4. Include the children
  5. Wake up 40 minutes earlier during the week
  6. Do small chunks of activity – it adds up.
  7. Park in furthest away parking spot to your destination
  8. Get off one bus/ train stop earlier than usual
  9. Get friends involved. Creates commitment & encouragement
  10. Plan your weekly exercise into your diary as you would anything else.
  11. Monitor your progress – you’ll feel motivated to continue improving.
  12. A decent duration of house-cleaning and/or gardening periods also counts as exercise!
