- Park in furthest away parking spot to your destination
- Get off one bus/ train stop earlier than usual
- Get friends involved. Creates commitment & encouragement
- Plan your weekly exercise into your diary as you would anything else.
- Monitor your progress – you’ll feel motivated to continue improving.
- A decent duration of house-cleaning and/or gardening periods also counts as exercise!
