How does it work?
- Start by having your FREE APPRAISAL to determine your level of walking fitness.
- Then it’s time to work on and set YOUR GOALS - these are based on you as a whole person. This is done in partnership with our personal trainer, our life coach and our wellness manager.
- We then work with you and your GP and/or other health care practitioner to develop your own individual program, based on the latest scientific information.
- We provide regular feedback and monitoring to make adjustments as needed. This is the key to ensure your success and for you to see the progress you are making.
- We offer ONLINE or MANUAL PROGRAMS
- Flexibility is the key, we offer a variety of venues, times and dates to suit you, and if you think something is missing, share it with us – we love feedback.
