How We Do It

How does it work?

  1. Start by having your FREE APPRAISAL to determine your level of walking fitness.
  2. Then it’s time to work on and set YOUR GOALS - these are based on you as a whole person. This is done in partnership with our personal trainer, our life coach and our wellness manager.
  3. We then work with you and your GP and/or other health care practitioner to develop your own individual program, based on the latest scientific information.
  4. We provide regular feedback and monitoring to make adjustments as needed. This is the key to ensure your success and for you to see the progress you are making.
  5. We offer ONLINE or MANUAL PROGRAMS
  6. Flexibility is the key, we offer a variety of venues, times and dates to suit you, and if you think something is missing, share it with us – we love feedback.
