Why Walking or Running?

“Everyone should take their dog for a walk every day – even if they don’t have one

Yes! It’s easy, practical and can be done anywhere, by anyone.

All exercise makes us feel good, improves our health, manages our weight, reduces stress & anxiety and assists in slowing down the ageing process.
BUT we’ve chosen what we think is the most readily available option – Nordic Walking!
After all we’re here to make it easier to become complete and fulfilled. AND replace that flab with muscle.

It is a little known fact that to expend the required energy for health and weight management, it is necessary to merely spend two hours per week doing some form of moderate endurance sport.
